Allie has been a chiropractic patient her whole life. As an infant, chiropractic adjustments were the only treatment that relieved her ear and sinus infections, helping her heal faster and naturally. Growing up, she trained as a high-level gymnast and quickly recognized that weekly adjustments not only kept her body feeling great but also helped prevent injuries. Her personal experience fuels her passion for helping athletes of all ages feel their best and perform at their highest potential. Allie believes that when your body moves and functions optimally, you have the best opportunity to succeed—both in sports and in life.

Allie earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree with a specialization in Rehabilitation and Sports Emphasis from Northwestern Health Sciences University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology. She has a deep understanding of biomechanics and the vital connection between spinal health and overall well-being. A Minnesota native, Allie grew up in Prior Lake and now lives in Maple Grove with her partner, Jonny. When she’s not treating patients, she enjoys being outdoors, experimenting with new recipes, and spending time on the lake. She is excited to help others experience the same pain-free, active lifestyle that chiropractic care has given her.
