COVID-19 Safety Policy
At ChiroCenter we make it our mission to assist others in proactively caring for their bodies and minds. As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve, we will continue to inform our patients of our plan to remain proactive. We are taking numerous precautionary measures to ensure the integrity of our care while minimizing risk to our patients and public health.
Per CDC recommendations, we’ve implemented the following practices and policies and will remain in operation as long as it remains appropriate in accordance with the Minnesota Department of Health.
What we’re doing
Our utmost concern remains to balance the healthcare needs of our patients and safety for all by creating a safe clinic space.
Surface disinfecting will be done between patients and at the end of the clinic day.
Our team will be washing hands and practicing diligent personal hygiene; masks are not required but our staff wears them based on their comfort level with the current state of the pandemic.
Our team will stay home and get tested if they show any symptoms of COVID-19 or if they have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
What we ask of you
Safety requires a holistic effort. We ask for your help in maintaining the safety of our clinic and patients.
If you’ve recently been diagnosed with COVID-19, we ask that you wait the CDC recommended timeframe before coming in.
If you are showing two or more symptoms or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-10, please contact us to reschedule your appointment at the location you receive services.
We recommend bringing a face mask to your appointment, regardless of symptoms, though they are not required; wearing a face mask helps protect you and our team members from the spread of COVID-19.
When you arrive, please wash/sanitize your hands to practice diligent personal hygiene.
